Neighbourhood fit
A neighbourhood fits or it does not. A ranking is a different claim. The work starts on London Buyers Agent when the question is fit, not a table that needs a winner.
The London Plan does not map definitive neighbourhood boundaries. City Neighbourhood Profiles use planning districts, which may be larger than the names residents use. This page does not turn those profiles into a score.
Three places have their own pages. Those pages use City and library sources, and they do not rank the places. Nothing below is a school score, a price, or a travel time.
- Byron. A Main Street Place Type. Not a mapped neighbourhood boundary.
- Masonville. A secondary plan for Transit Village properties in that community, not every street that uses the name.
- Pond Mills. No boundary and no housing description were found.
The listing agent can share facts about a property's location. An opinion on whether a place fits your week is advice, and that advice does not come from the seller's agent. Read the status on before you tour.
The London Plan notes on these pages use the City's 16 January 2026 website consolidation. The printed official plan takes precedence over those copies.
